HBM is currently hiring for the position of Day Porter - Custodial at their Honolulu location. This full-time role is designed for individuals who are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and safety in various building environments. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, amounting to 37.5 hours per week. The hourly compensation is competitive at $17.50, reflecting the company's dedication to fair wage practices and employee satisfaction.

As a Day Porter in the custodial team, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that facilities remain clean, orderly, and well-maintained throughout the day. Tasks include sweeping, dusting, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning restrooms and storage areas, waste disposal, and restocking supplies. This position requires frequent physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds, making physical fitness and stamina important for success. Candidates must also pass a prescreen check as part of the hiring process and are preferably high school diploma holders or possess an equivalent qualification.
