The Culinary Supervisor role at Legends is an integral leadership position that reports directly to the manager on duty. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • two to three years experience in fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
  • professional culinary training or equivalent experience
  • ability to lift and transport food items up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • mobility for tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
  • proficient in English communication
  • Food Handler's certification
  • Food Manager's certification
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • ServSafe food handling certification
  • TABC Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • professional training through a culinary education or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining or catering facility
  • full service casual dining experience preferred
  • ability to interact effectively with co-workers
  • extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered
  • ability to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team oriented setting
  • ability to read, speak, and write in English
  • able to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • capacity to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • mobility to perform assigned production tasks requiring constant physical activity
  • two to three years working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant

Job Duties
