The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining environments, possess strong leadership qualities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of food production, maintaining profitability of food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and facilitating training programs to elevate the kitchen team’s performance.

Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The Study Hotels brand offers a supportive work atmosphere with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays, supporting the wellness and work-life balance of their team members. Study Hotels operates as a drug-free workplace and requires a pre-employment drug test and background check.
