We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role involves managing kitchen food service operations and overseeing a team of culinary staff in both a la carte and banquet settings. The Culinary Supervisor will bring hands-on cooking expertise and a track record of success as a cook, while also demonstrating strong management skills in coordinating kitchen activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring meal quality, managing food inventory and costs, developing and implementing new menu items, and training and mentoring staff to reach their highest potential. Job Requirements

  • Three years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • six months to one year supervisory experience
  • food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • fluency in English
  • ability to communicate effectively with team and public
