Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service supervision
- completion of or willingness to complete sanitation course
- ability to work full time including evenings and weekends as needed
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage and lead a team
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
