Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of or willingness to complete a sanitation course
- ability to work full-time including sporadic evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform job duties
- strong communication skills
- commitment to following health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- skilled in managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency
- capability to execute basic mathematical computations
- strong organizational skills
- ability to regulate emotions effectively under pressure
- skill in addressing interpersonal conflicts efficiently
Job Duties
- Schedule tasks and manage production processes
- create and manage employee schedules
- supervise day-to-day food service activities
- uphold food safety and quality standards
- maintain inventory and equipment
- monitor and assess staff performance
- communicate and foster positive team relationships
- organize catering events and perform cashier duties
- cover for missing staff as needed
