UW Health is currently seeking a Culinary Services Lead to join their team with a full-time work schedule of 100% FTE, days/evenings from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm Monday through Friday, including some holidays. This pivotal role requires a professional who excels in leadership, time management, and communication to effectively manage workflows and delegate responsibilities within the Culinary Services Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, enabling quick problem-solving while actively shaping the patient experience through exemplary customer service. In addition to managing daily operations, this role plays a vital part in training and orienting new staff members, requiring adaptability to various learning styles and the ability to coach and mentor effectively.

The Culinary Services Lead is responsible for acting as a leader within the department and the wider organization, ensuring all UW Health guidelines and policies regarding food safety and sanitation are followed rigorously.
