Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant pastry cooking experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of pastry experience required
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Capability to produce high-volume baked goods consistently

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure consistent product quality and presentation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
  • Collaborate with culinary team to plan and execute menu items
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
