Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
- Able to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Basic understanding of food and beverage inventory and ordering processes
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
- Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
- Learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
- Develop new leadership skills to lead the team
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
