Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or kitchen management preferred
ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
comfortable working in hot and cold environments
ability to work near open flames
possess dexterity for handling kitchen equipment
willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts

Job Qualifications

Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
ability to cross train across the restaurant
strong leadership and team management skills
basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards
effective communication skills
willingness to learn and adapt
experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred

Job Duties

Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
learn basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization
develop new leadership skills to lead the team
assist with any additional duties assigned
coach and develop team members
cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
