The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines, ensuring safety and quality are maintained throughout the cooking process. The work schedule includes shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, as well as Monday and Tuesday shifts from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. This part-time or full-time position demands a hands-on approach with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and effective communication within the team and with the residents. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cooking or food preparation
- ability to work specified shifts including weekends
- physical ability to handle kitchen equipment and ingredients
- understanding of food safety standards
