Job Duties
- Performing daily procedures correctly and consistently
- adhering to all food safety standards
- knowing station procedures
- training crew to perform procedures correctly
- completing assigned standard operating checklists (SOCs)
- performing daily cleanliness tasks
- meeting kitchen, drive-thru and service times and targets
- performing additional duties assigned by shift leaders
