This job opportunity is with an independent McDonald’s franchisee, a vibrant and dynamic restaurant operation that is part of the globally recognized McDonald’s brand but independently owned and operated. This franchisee manages its restaurant with the same commitment to quality, service, and customer satisfaction that McDonald’s is known for worldwide. Unlike employment directly through McDonald’s USA, this position is with the franchisee which operates under a license allowing the use of McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and menu offerings. Job Requirements
- Minimum age as required by law
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability for flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
