This job opportunity is with an independent McDonald’s franchisee, a vibrant and dynamic restaurant operation that is part of the globally recognized McDonald’s brand but independently owned and operated. This franchisee manages its restaurant with the same commitment to quality, service, and customer satisfaction that McDonald’s is known for worldwide. Unlike employment directly through McDonald’s USA, this position is with the franchisee which operates under a license allowing the use of McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and menu offerings. This means that while the restaurant carries the renowned McDonald’s name and standards, it functions as a separate company with its own management and employment practices. Employees hired in this role will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, and all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline are handled exclusively by the franchisee management team. The role being hired for is that of a Crew Member, a crucial frontline position within the restaurant.
