This position offers part-time and full-time shifts covering all times of the day including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends, providing flexibility for diverse schedules. A McDonald's Crew Member connects directly with customers to ensure a superb experience, assists customers with ordering, prepares McDonald's iconic food items, collaborates with team members and management to achieve daily goals while maintaining a fun work atmosphere, and helps maintain a clean, attractive restaurant environment.
