This job opportunity is offered at a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products for restaurant operations. However, it is important to note that the franchisee is a distinct entity and employer, not affiliated with McDonald's USA in terms of employment matters. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work part-time or full-time shifts including weekends and late nights
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- basic food handling and customer service skills preferred

Job Duties
- keep the restaurant clean and looking great
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare and serve McDonald’s world-famous food
- make sure the customers have a positive experience from start to finish
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and create a productive work environment
- sweep, mop, clean bathrooms, equipment, work surfaces, windows, walls, tables, and seating
- put up advertising displays, posters, and seasonal decorations
