Job Duties

  • Greet every customer with a smile and a positive attitude
  • ask if the customer will be using McDonald’s App and use customer names when applicable
  • Thank each customer and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Assist customers with ordering, suggestive selling and provide accurate service
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer needs and concerns
  • Maintain strong customer awareness at all times
  • Work with demanding customers
  • Deliver service aligned with company hospitality standards
  • Interact and work collaboratively with crew and managers
  • Maintain respectful, friendly and professional communication with all team members
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Follow all directions from management promptly and effectively

  • Wear required items at all times: uniform shirt, black pants, name tag, hat, apron and company-approved slip-resistant shoes
  • Prepare and serve McDonald’s food products according to company standards
  • Follow all procedures for cooking, cashiering, food preparation and cleaning
  • Demonstrate urgency, energy and efficiency during all shifts
  • Follow all company policies including cash handling and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
  • React quickly and efficiently to customer needs and operational demands
  • Follow food safety and quality standards using approved systems
  • Prepare products accurately with correct portions and ingredients
  • Minimize waste and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Use proper portion control for condiments and ingredients
  • Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas at all times
  • Operate all equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures
  • Complete all required training modules and apply knowledge on the job
  • Support restaurant goals including achieving customer satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Continuously seek feedback and improvement opportunities
