Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be able to pass sandwich tests during training period
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision
- must occasionally be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
- ability to work in moderate noise environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understanding of basic fractions
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work under fast-paced conditions
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain a positive attitude
- ability to adhere to company dress code and standards
- previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders and operate cash register
- collect payments and perform other cash handling duties
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- maintain professional appearance in compliance with dress code
- display positive and enthusiastic approach to assignments
- perform other related duties as required
