Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work 30-40 hours per week including overtime, holidays, and weekends
- physical stamina to meet the demands of the role including standing, walking, lifting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- ability to operate cash register and handle payments
- must maintain professional appearance according to dress code
- pass sandwich tests
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to follow procedures and pass product tests
- positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders
- operate the cash register
- collect payments from customers
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks of employment and future testing times
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- perform other related duties as required
