The role of Crew Member at Burger King under Applegreen USA is an entry-level position designed for both part-time and full-time candidates. This position plays a critical role within the restaurant by directly interacting with guests, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the operational flow of the restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, Crew Members serve as the first point of contact for Guests, ensuring each visit is pleasant and efficient. Key duties include greeting guests warmly, accurately taking and processing orders, preparing and packaging food and beverages according to Burger King’s quality standards, and ensuring that the restaurant’s sanitary and safety protocols are consistently upheld. Crew Members are also accountable for the maintenance of the dining area, restrooms, and exterior premises, helping to create an inviting atmosphere conducive to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stocking and managing inventory is another critical aspect of the role, ensuring that the restaurant is adequately supplied for continuous operation.
