Job Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or grocery store environment is preferred but not required
familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus
strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is beneficial
excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members
a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed

Job Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems
prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, following health and safety regulations
assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy for customers
manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the store
perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
