Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods
  • Capability to follow instructions and maintain a positive work attitude

  • Reliable transportation (if required by location)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
  • Passion for customer service and teamwork
  • Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand fresh daily
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Collaborate with team members to create a friendly environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Assist with training new team members
