Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations confidently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • assist in training and supporting new team members
  • handle digital tips accurately
  • adhere to safety and quality standards
