Job Requirements
- willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
- comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- capacity to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- adherence to company brand standards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- commitment to treat people with respect and do the right thing
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- operate drive-thru and indoor registers
- prepare and cook food items as per Wendy's standards
- maintain cleanliness and restock supplies in the restaurant
- assist team members with daily operations
- follow health and safety guidelines
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
