Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs enthusiastically
- Assist in training and guiding new crew members
- Promote Chipotle's mission and values through daily actions
