Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks required in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented setting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers or microwaves
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Participate actively in training and development programs
