Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Desire to learn food preparation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand each day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide excellent customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle customer transactions and digital tips accurately
