Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support team members by communicating effectively and assisting where needed
- Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all company policies and procedures
