Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
  • Desire to learn cooking and food preparation techniques

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role is an asset but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support team members by communicating effectively and assisting where needed
  • Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
