Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn extensive cooking skills
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and health standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for customer service
- Willingness to learn and develop cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Prepare fresh food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain cleanliness and food quality
- Assist in training new crew members and support team collaboration
- Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Uphold company standards in food preparation and presentation
