Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- have a passion for helping and serving others
- desire to learn how to cook extensively
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- enthusiasm for learning new skills and culinary techniques
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- prepare real food by hand daily
- work confidently at various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
- support team efforts and uphold Chipotle’s standards of quality and cleanliness
- contribute to a positive work environment
