Crew Members at Wendy's are the frontline representatives who engage directly with customers—greeting them warmly, assisting with menu inquiries, recording orders accurately, and handling payments efficiently. This position also involves preparing and assembling food items, serving beverages and desserts, managing customer flow in the serpentine ordering area, and maintaining clean and organized serving and eating spaces.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle and feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Willingness to work near high heat from grill and fryer equipment
- Willingness to be exposed to cooking oils and other food preparation materials
- No special vision requirements
- Ability to work full-time
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience or training required
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Basic mathematical ability including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing numbers
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables

Job Duties
- Greets the customer
- suggestive sale and answer questions about products
- records the customer's order
- stages customers in serpentine area to maintain a smooth customer flow
- selects requested food items from serving or storage areas and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag
- serves cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
- receives payment
- assists customers with questions or complaints
- retrieves raw food stock and places at appropriate station for preparation
- performs duties to prepare food
- maintains orderly eating and serving areas
- ensures that he or she follows all company issued policies and procedures
