Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Desire to learn cooking skills

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or canned foods
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Assist with inventory and stock supplies as needed
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills
