Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years culinary experience including leadership roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations and fresh ingredient preparation
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
  • Passion for culinary innovation and quality
  • Previous experience in boutique hotel or restaurant settings is a plus

Job Duties

  • Mentor and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to manage kitchen operations efficiently
