Unlike clipboard chef roles, this Executive Chef will spend significant time on the line, executing a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu that showcases simple yet soulful dishes crafted with high culinary skill. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all food preparation, kitchen operations, food and labor cost management, inventory control, and waste management. Moreover, the Executive Chef will play a significant role in recruitment, training, development, and leadership of the kitchen brigade, promoting a culture of high performance, professionalism, and humility.

Job Requirements
- Minimum culinary degree or equivalent experience
- extensive hands-on cooking experience in Mediterranean cuisine
- previous experience leading a high-volume kitchen
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting up to 45 pounds
- excellent communication and team leadership skills
- availability to work in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen environment
