Job Requirements

3-5 years cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Proven grill and broiler cooking skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
High school diploma or equivalent
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent time management skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
