The Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program Manager role at Baylor Scott & White Health is a pivotal position responsible for the management and administration of the clinical pastoral education program. Job Requirements
- Masters degree
- minimum 2 years of related experience
- certification as ACPE Certified Educator or ACPE Associate Certified Educator or ACPE Certified Educator Candidate
- knowledge of clinical pastoral education programs and ACPE standards
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- interpersonal and listening skills
- ability to counsel and comfort individuals under stress
- ability to develop and implement curriculum
