The Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program Manager role at Baylor Scott & White Health is a pivotal position responsible for the management and administration of the clinical pastoral education program. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who is passionate about spiritual care and education within a healthcare setting. The Program Manager oversees the design, development, and implementation of CPE programs that adhere to the standards set by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). The individual will coordinate clinical education services for students while simultaneously providing pastoral care to patients, family members, and staff, ensuring a holistic approach to care during health-related challenges.

In this role, the Program Manager will supervise the clinical work of students, providing educational opportunities, evaluation, and constructive feedback to enhance learning and professional growth.
