Job Duties
- Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-first smile
- Rock your uniform and name tag with pride, always looking sharp and polished
- Swiftly load, unload, and tag bags, escorting guests to their rooms and taking care of every suitcase, package, and special delivery
- Keep the scoop on all local hotspots, attractions, and transportation options, ready to share maps and directions
- Safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy while driving, assisting, and leading behind the scenes
