We are currently seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Servers. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional dining experience in our restaurant where every guest is treated like a VIP. As a Server, you will be the heartbeat of the dining experience, utilizing your communication skills, multitasking abilities, and knowledge of food and beverages to ensure seamless service. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, accurately taking orders, and ensuring the delivery of food and drinks with precision and attention to detail. You will manage multiple tables efficiently, maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, and handle payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism. This role demands stamina and endurance as you will be on your feet, moving around and assisting guests throughout your shift. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move during shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Create warm, memorable dining experiences by greeting guests and taking accurate orders
Know the menu thoroughly including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials and alcohol service guidelines
Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately
Manage multiple tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the service area
Handle payment transactions with precision and follow security protocols
Maintain hygiene standards and certification requirements
Stay energetic and physically active throughout shifts
