The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM; however, some holiday and weekend hours may be required. The Courier role at ProPath Services is crucial for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of medical data and specimens, ensuring that all items are handled safely and delivered punctually. Drivers must demonstrate reliability, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate varying weather and traffic conditions confidently and responsibly. Operating under minimal supervision within a fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer-focused service.
Beyond the operational aspects, this role embodies safety leadership, championing adherence to compliance and quality control standards while fostering positive interaction with clients. Employees in this position are entrusted with incidental exposure to Protected Health Information (PHI) and are trained to uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols rigorously. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years
- Confidence operating a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions and navigating routine hazards of the road
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision
- Physical capability of light to medium lifting (up to 50lbs)

Job Duties
- Perform a vital part of the patient care process by making sure that reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens are successfully transported between the laboratory and healthcare provider locations
- Ensure proper specimen handling, transport, and safe operation of a motor vehicle - rain or shine
- Interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
