Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant experience for barista positions
- Ability to engage warmly with guests and team members
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to lift, move, and carry 50+ pounds
- Ability to work 8+ hours on feet
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment for barista positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and food hospitality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food service standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming and engaging with them throughout their experience
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guests' orders using the point-of-sale system/register
- Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
- Actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Complies with all safety and sanitation standards while adhering to policies and procedures
- Prepares and serves beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
- Operates all barista station equipment according to standards
- Keeps the bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
- Other duties as assigned
