Job Description

Heritage Restaurant Group is a cornerstone of New Mexico's largest locally owned hospitality company, celebrated for its diverse chef-driven restaurants and inventive culinary concepts. This dynamic group unites some of the region's most beloved destinations such as Sawmill Market, Park Square Market, The Smoky Note, and the soon-to-open Santa Fe Food Market. Heritage Restaurant Group prides itself on creating experiences that are deeply rooted in authenticity, exceptional service, and community pride. They celebrate culture through food and genuine hospitality, making them a prominent contributor to the local dining scene. With a passionate and inclusive team environment, Heritage fosters a culture where service excellence and community involvement are paramount. This approach has helped the company establish a strong reputation across the region and maintain deep connections with both locals and visitors alike.

The role of a Counter Server at Heritage Restaurant Group is vital as it directly impacts the guest experience in their lively food hall settings. Serving as the front line of guest interaction, the Counter Server is responsible for ensuring that every order is fulfilled with speed, precision, and warmth. Operating within a fast-paced, market-style environment, the Counter Server seamlessly bridges the gap between vendors, guests, and the back-of-house team. This position requires a balance of multitasking, communication, and a positive attitude to maintain smooth operations during busy periods. The Counter Server's friendly demeanor and attention to detail help establish a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and elevates overall guest satisfaction. This role offers not only a chance to develop skills in customer service and food service operations but also the opportunity to be part of a supportive team rooted in community pride and the joy of sharing great food experiences.
