Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within Rooms and Food & Beverage Division
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & Beverage
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the implementation and management of a perpetual food inventory system
- Launch and oversee a new guest and events packaging program
- Supervise storeroom attendants including scheduling and payroll management
- Determine and adjust staffing levels based on operational needs
- Ensure proper execution of receiving operations including delivery verification
- Maintain dock organization and cleanliness
- Provide oversight to waste sorting and recycling vendor
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through Avendra
- Manage purchasing drop sizes to maximize pricing efficiencies
- Support Food & Beverage and Housekeeping ordering functions
- Provide management support to Stewarding department as needed
