  • Three to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
  • Demonstrated ability to keep finances in order

Job Duties

  • Greet team members, members, vendors, and visitors, connecting them with appropriate stakeholders
  • Manage visitors and vendors pass protocol
  • Provide coordination and support for delivery of workplace services like concierge, reception, room management, A/V support, meeting, and event management
  • Deliver a positive, best-in-class office experience to team members, members, and vendors
  • Act as an ambassador and service leader
  • Conduct security testing and training pertaining to the Operations Center
  • Help manage the overall appearance and function of the building and equipment to ensure an enhanced work experience
