This role offers a unique opportunity to join Macquarie’s Legal Governance Group, supporting corporate governance across a large portfolio of subsidiaries within the Americas. Working in a fast-moving and high-volume environment, the position requires exceptional accuracy, organization, and teamwork while meeting tight delivery timelines. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience collaborating closely with senior governance professionals, supporting boards, committees, and legal entities to ensure seamless coordination of governance activities. Key responsibilities include drafting board materials, organizing meeting logistics, managing follow-up actions, maintaining corporate entity records, and supporting compliance with regulatory filings across various jurisdictions. The role also involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve governance matters effectively.
Salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, subject to factors such as relevant experience, performance, industry benchmarks, and location. Additionally, the successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
