Job Description

Fudale is a boutique, high-end, full-service corporate event planning agency headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Specializing in delivering unique and creative event experiences, Fudale emphasizes personalized service with custom décor and event design, event production, and unique entertainment options to meet the high expectations of corporate clients. The company excels in creating VIP corporate experiences, teambuilding activities, tours, venue management, transportation, staffing, and more, establishing itself as a go-to resource for corporate event solutions. Their services span a diverse range of corporate functions, ensuring every event they touch is memorable, professionally executed, and tailored to exact client specifications. Fudale’s reputation in the Las Vegas hospitality industry is built on longstanding client relationships and an unmatched commitment to quality, innovation, and creativity, reflecting the city’s dynamic entertainment landscape.

The current opening at Fudale is for a full-time Salesperson focused on the Las Vegas hotel, Destination Management Company (DMC), and hospitality sectors. This hybrid role requires a candidate who is local to Las Vegas and can split their time between working remotely and in the office. With an annual salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 and performance-based bonus opportunities, this position invites ambitious professionals with a genuine passion for sales and client entertainment to join the team. Ideal candidates are those who thrive as 'hunter-gatherers' – individuals self-motivated and proactive in finding new business opportunities. The role involves engaging with clients through entertaining, dining, golf outings, and attending key industry conferences such as CEMA and SITE to network and develop travel programs. Creativity and the ability to energize and entertain clients in ways that foster strong personal and professional relationships are crucial. This person should have deep knowledge of the Las Vegas market and hospitality network, be detail-oriented, and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be responsible for nurturing longstanding trusted client relationships, cultivating new opportunities, and representing the company's creative and fun culture while maintaining corporate professionalism. This role is suited for someone currently working in venues, restaurants, or junior-level hotel sales roles who is eager to grow their career within a company dedicated to creating extraordinary corporate event experiences.
