The Corporate Event Planner role based in St. Louis offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and execution of a variety of corporate events including trade shows, customer events, conferences, and company meetings. This on-site position requires a blend of creativity, organizational expertise, and strategic thinking to curate engaging event experiences that not only strengthen customer relationships but also elevate the Carboline brand and support overall business growth. Responsibilities include everything from researching and negotiating with venues and suppliers to managing event logistics such as registrations, travel arrangements, catering, audiovisual setups, and promotional materials. - Associate's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of event planning experience in a B2B environment
