The Corporate Event Planner role based in St. Louis offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and execution of a variety of corporate events including trade shows, customer events, conferences, and company meetings. This on-site position requires a blend of creativity, organizational expertise, and strategic thinking to curate engaging event experiences that not only strengthen customer relationships but also elevate the Carboline brand and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B event planning, demonstrated project management and communication skills, and a knack for budget and vendor management. Responsibilities include everything from researching and negotiating with venues and suppliers to managing event logistics such as registrations, travel arrangements, catering, audiovisual setups, and promotional materials. Additionally, the Corporate Event Planner will coordinate sponsorship opportunities, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities to maximize the impact of each event. Associate's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or equivalent experience
5+ years of event planning experience in a B2B environment
strong project management skills
excellent communication skills

Job Duties
