Job Description
Our company is a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional corporate event experiences that connect and inspire. We specialize in managing a wide range of corporate events including conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, networking events, client engagements, webinars, and hybrid programs. Our focus is on creating memorable in-person and virtual experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our clients and stakeholders. We pride ourselves on innovation, professionalism, and strategic execution, making us a leader in the corporate event management space.
As a Corporate Event Manager, you will hold a critical role in driving the success of our event programs from the initial concept through to flawless execution. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic planning, creativity, project management, technology utilization, and live-event production skills to deliver impactful corporate events. You will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle, which encompasses budgeting, developing detailed production plans, coordinating with multiple vendors and partners, and ensuring seamless onsite and virtual event operations. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will interact extensively with leadership teams, employees, clients, speakers, vendors, and external partners to deliver engaging and professional event experiences.
This role demands an organized, confident, and resourceful professional who can manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. You will manage event logistics including vendor negotiations, venue arrangements, audiovisual production, technology management for virtual and hybrid platforms, and onsite event execution including setup, registration, troubleshooting, event flow, and breakdown. Beyond logistics, you will analyze attendance, engagement metrics, expenses, and feedback to continually improve the quality and impact of future events.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in corporate event management, proven success in handling both in-person and virtual events, and a track record of making effective decisions under pressure. A willingness to travel occasionally is required to support event needs, and working in a hybrid environment with some onsite presence will be expected. This position offers an attractive annual salary range between $100,000 and $120,000, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a monthly stipend for phone and internet expenses. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with family coverage options, 401(k) and retirement plans, paid time off, company holidays, and professional development opportunities.
Joining our team means you will have genuine ownership over the events you manage, going beyond mere logistics to shaping meaningful corporate experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to create seamless and engaging event programs, utilizing cutting-edge event technology and event management best practices. This 12-month initial contract role with potential for renewal provides a platform to demonstrate your skills and make a lasting impact in a supportive and innovative environment. If you are passionate about turning ideas into well-executed, professional events and excel in a hybrid work setting, we look forward to your application.
