Job Description

Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) stands as a leading force in the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment industries, widely recognized as one of the most successful tribal businesses in the United States. As the gaming and hospitality branch of the Cherokee Nation, CNE manages a diverse portfolio of properties that include the renowned Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, nine Cherokee Casinos sprawled across Northeastern Oklahoma, and the Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica, Mississippi. This diverse range of properties offers a unique and dynamic environment that blends world-class gaming, luxury accommodations, entertainment, and dining options to create unforgettable guest experiences.

At the heart of CNE's mission is a commitment to excellence, innovation, and community well-being. The organization prides itself on delivering thrilling electronic games, poker rooms, and table games, alongside legendary live entertainment hosted in venues like Hard Rock Live. Hospitality is paramount, and the brand encompasses everything from casual eateries to upscale dining venues, pools, golf courses, and event centers. Employees at Cherokee Nation Entertainment are part of a larger vision that values guest satisfaction and the enrichment of the Cherokee Nation community. The company provides competitive benefits and fosters a culture built on respect, collaboration, and continuous growth.

The Corporate Beverage Manager is a pivotal leadership role within Cherokee Nation Entertainment, tasked with overseeing and elevating the beverage operations across the company’s multiple properties. This position not only requires managerial skills but a visionary approach to shaping the strategic direction of beverage programs throughout a fast-paced, multifaceted portfolio. The manager will lead initiatives to innovate cocktail menus, specialty drink offerings, and craft cocktails tailored to varying property atmospheres. This role demands someone adept at building and guiding high-performing teams, ensuring compliance with gaming and alcohol regulations, and promoting exceptional quality and service standards.

Responsibilities extend beyond daily operations to include developing comprehensive training programs, overseeing procurement and inventory management, and generating detailed monthly reports to track beverage variance. The Corporate Beverage Manager also plays an instrumental role in selecting company-wide beverage products and ensuring each property maintains brand consistency while adapting to its unique environment.

This full-time position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a salary range from $48,000 to $84,000 annually. The role requires frequent travel among casino properties and occasional overnight stays, highlighting the need for a hands-on leadership presence. Candidates can expect to engage deeply with Cherokee Nation Entertainment's well-established policies, the "Big Six" principles (Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe), and contribute to a culture emphasizing guest and employee satisfaction.

For professionals passionate about the beverage industry, hospitality management, or gaming resort operations, this opportunity offers a chance to significantly impact a prestigious brand and the experience of thousands of guests. It also offers career growth within a respected tribal business delivering meaningful benefits and a supportive work-life balance. Embracing innovation, leadership, and operational excellence, the Corporate Beverage Manager will be a key driver in the evolution of Cherokee Nation Entertainment’s beverage services.
