Job Description

HME is a pioneering company renowned for developing innovative products primarily serving the drive-thru and professional audio industries since 1971. With a longstanding history of innovation and customer-centric solutions, HME has grown from its roots to become a global leader in communication technology, supporting clients across various industries including the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. The company is distinguished by its collaborative culture and emphasis on learning and professional growth, creating an environment where employees can thrive and significantly contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge products. HME operates internationally with subsidiaries in California, Georgia, Missouri, Canada, the UK, and China, ensuring that businesses worldwide rely on its clear, dependable communication solutions for their operational needs.

The Corporate Accounts Manager role at HME is a strategic position focused on managing and expanding corporate accounts within the QSR industry. This key role involves building strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their business challenges, and offering tailored communication solutions that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. The CAM will collaborate closely with regional sales teams and dealer networks to foster adoption of new technologies among corporate brand franchises. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities, presenting customized product proposals, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

As a Corporate Accounts Manager, you will be the frontline ambassador for HME within an assigned portfolio of accounts. You will take ownership of understanding each corporate customer’s business model, goals, and pain points, and position HME’s products and services as indispensable to their success. This requires sharp analytical skills and a consultative sales approach to craft effective solutions that meet evolving client needs. The CAM will engage with key decision-makers at multiple levels within the corporate structure, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and delivering unmatched customer service.

HME offers a competitive salary range of $87,800 to $117,000 for this role, reflecting a commitment to rewarding top talent commensurate with experience and capabilities. Employees also benefit from a robust package that includes tuition reimbursement, three weeks of paid vacation in the first year, paid holidays, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage. Additional benefits such as pet insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions underpin HME’s dedication to employee welfare.

This position involves regular travel—approximately 25%—to maintain close engagement with clients and promote HME’s portfolio effectively. The CAM is responsible for managing detailed client data in CRM systems and ensuring transparent, timely communication within internal teams. HME values diversity and equal opportunity employment, welcomes applicants with disabilities, and supports protected veterans. Reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure all employees can perform their roles successfully, including assistance with physical tasks when needed.

Joining HME means becoming part of a dynamic team focused on setting industry standards while cultivating professional growth. If you have a passion for sales and relationship management in high-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of driving business success through innovative communication solutions, this role offers a rewarding and forward-looking career path.
