Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
- For accessing low areas and handling items must be able to bend, squat
- For accessing high areas and handling items must be able to reach
- Standing or walking for extended periods including moving between areas
- Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
- Typing, interacting with systems, handling tools such as knives, thermometers, POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
- Navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- Maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality making every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and valued
- Prep and serve fresh food with speed and precision ensuring great taste, portions, and presentation
- Build accurate, high-quality orders that meet Sweetgreen's food and brand standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized to support smooth service and strong flow
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols to protect guest trust and team standards
- Work seamlessly with teammates to balance prep, service, and restocking especially during busy shifts
