We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. This role is integral to maintaining the elevated standards for which Copeland's is known. A Copeland's Kitchen Manager is more than a supervisor; they are a hands-on culinary leader who plays a pivotal role in driving food quality, managing costs, fostering kitchen culture, and ensuring operational excellence. The Kitchen Manager will engage closely with all aspects of kitchen operations, including food cost management, inventory control, smart scheduling, and labor productivity. They will also be responsible for training, developing, and retaining back-of-house (BOH) staff, ensuring that food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained at the highest levels. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to manage food cost and labor cost
  • Experience with inventory systems, prep planning, and forecasting
  • Strong leadership presence in high-volume environments
  • Experience in training and developing line cooks and prep teams
  • Proficiency in basic reporting and restaurant systems

  • Training, developing, and retaining BOH team members
